Heart disease and stroke remain two of the leading causes of illness and premature death in the UK but the risk is not shared equally.

Men's mental health in the UK is in crisis and Black, African, Caribbean and minority ethnic men face uniquely compounding barriers that put them at significantly higher risk. The evidence is stark, consistent, and urgent.

Despite this, services designed for our communities remain scarce. Africarn's November programme exists to fill that gap with community-first, culturally grounded, stigma-free support for men who too often suffer in silence.
